- For administrative purposes where PRH, pursuant to laws and regulations, enters the personal identification numbers of employees, prospective employees in recruitment activities (i.e., job applicants who have already been offered a job in PRH), external experts, shareholders, etc., into documents such as withholding tax slips for salary income, payment records, and health insurance/employee pension insurance enrollment notifications, and submits these to administrative agencies and health insurance associations, etc.
Additionally, please be advised that PRH may record telephone calls to PRH to ensure appropriate responses and handling.

PRH may share personal information of customers and business partners with the following group companies for the same purposes as set forth in Section 1 above.

3. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc.
PRH accepts requests from individuals for disclosure of their personal information, notification of the purpose of use, correction when the content of personal information subject to disclosure is contrary to fact, suspension of use, and cessation of provision to third parties (collectively, “Disclosure”). Upon receiving a Disclosure request, PRH will endeavor to respond promptly within a reasonable scope pursuant to laws, regulations, and guidelines, after verifying the identity of the individual. Please note that PRH will not be able to respond to Disclosure requests made regarding personal information acquired by PRH under the entrustment of any other businesses or entities even if the requests are made pursuant to the following procedures. - In case of an agent by agreement: In addition to (ii) above, a power of attorney in PRH’s designated form (bearing the registered seal of the principal) and the principal’s seal registration certificate
Please black out sensitive information such as registered domicile shown in documents to be submitted in advance. If not blacked out upon PRH’s receipt, PRH will black it out and refrain from acquiring the sensitive information.
(3) Fees
Among the above requests, for requests for disclosure and requests for notification of the purpose of use, a fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged. Please enclose 1,000 yen worth of postage stamps with Your request form. Please note that refunds will not be provided even if disclosure or notification is not possible.
