Paloma Rheem Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Paloma Rheem"), the Japan-headquartered leading air conditioning and water heating (Air and Water) company, today announced the launch of its tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to acquire all outstanding common shares of Fujitsu General Limited (TSE: 6755, "Fujitsu General"), a Japanese company specializing in air conditioning solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial uses and related IT systems and devices. The Tender Offer for all the outstanding shares, excluding treasury shares held by Fujitsu General and shares held by Fujitsu Limited, is priced at JPY 2,808 per share and will commence on April 28, 2025, closing on May 28, 2025.
